Looe's best kept secret
Since 1642, we've been Looe's home for honest Cornish cooking. Since 2020, we've had a secret garden hiding above it, made for golden hour and good company. Come find us.
ABOUT US
At The Golden Guinea, we've got two personalities under one roof.
Downstairs is Cornish pub food all served in a dining room that's been part of Looe for over 30 years. Perfect for a Sunday roast, a catch-up with friends, or ducking in out of the rain.
Climb the stairs, though, and you're somewhere else entirely. Our Garden Bar is Looe's best-kept secret with a sun-trap terrace above the rooftops, looking out over the Guildhall clock tower and across to West Looe, made for cocktails and sunset DJ sets as the sky turns gold.

400 YEARS OF CHARACTER
